Ordering & Personalization

How do I submit my photo and personalization details?
Photos and personalization details are collected during checkout. If additional information is needed, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided on your order form.

Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes. A proof will be sent to the email address or phone number listed on your order form. Items will be printed only after proof approval.

What happens if I don’t approve my proof right away?
Proof approval is required before printing. Delays in approval may impact production timelines and could result in delayed delivery.

Can I make changes after I approve my proof?
Once a proof is approved, changes cannot be made. Please review all details carefully before approving.

What if I notice an error after submitting my order?
Please contact us immediately at info@marylandstorklady.com. We will do our best to assist prior to proof approval.


Products & Sizing

Are items custom made?
Yes. All items are personalized and custom produced specifically for each student.

What size are the yard signs, banners, and posters?
Product sizes are listed in each product description. Please review sizing details carefully before purchasing.

Are multiple students allowed on one item?
Most items are designed for one student per product. 

What type of photo should I submit?
Please submit a clear, high-resolution photo. Avoid screenshots or blurry images, as image quality affects the final print.


Delivery & Distribution

When will orders be delivered?
All orders will be delivered directly to the school for distribution during the designated delivery week shared on the site.

Can items be delivered to my home instead of the school?
For school fundraisers, all items are delivered to the school.

What if my student is absent on distribution day?
Orders will remain with the school for pickup. Please contact the school directly to arrange an alternate pickup time.


Fundraiser & Payment Information

How does this fundraiser support the school?
Proceeds from purchases directly benefit the school and help support school programs and initiatives.

Do you offer discounts for multiple items?
Pricing reflects fundraiser support and school contributions. Any promotions or discounts will be clearly noted on the site.


Returns & Support

Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because items are custom made, returns are not accepted unless there is an error on our part.
